Learn about the wines and foods of the Languedoc-Roussillon over lunch
Emma will guide you through the wines of the Languedoc-Roussillon using eight wines from across the Languedoc-Roussillon and partnering each wine with at least one homemade, delicious tapas dish. During lunch you will not only be taken on a vinous and gastronomic tour of the region, but you will; learn how to taste like a pro, how to shop for wines to suit your palate, how to partner wines with food and gain a better understanding of this diverse and complex region.
