Jan-mid-March (dates TBC) | Carnaval de Limoux

End of March/early April (dates TBC) | Swing à Mirepoix | Three-day music festival celebrating the best of jazz and swing

May (dates TBC) | Fête des Roses | Two-day festival in Camon 

Mid-July (dates TBC) | Fêtes historiques | Shows and historical costume parades take place in the historic center of the Bastide de Mirepoix

July (dates TBC) | Carcassonne Festival | Featuring music, theatre, opera and dance. In recent years, this event has attracted top name acts including Sting, Black Eyed Peas, James Blunt, and many more 

14 July | Bastille Day | Nationally-renowned Carcassonne fireworks display 

Early August (dates TBC) |  MIMA Puppet Festival Mirepoix
